Residential & commercial
Concrete Slabs, Garage Floors & Pads
Garage floors, shed slabs, equipment and dumpster pads, and commercial slabs — built on a compacted base with thickness and reinforcement matched to the load.
Slabs cover a lot of ground: garage floors, shed and accessory building pads, equipment and generator pads, dumpster pads, and interior or exterior commercial slabs.
What they have in common is that performance is decided by the base and the reinforcement, not the surface. We prep the subgrade, compact the aggregate base, set thickness and reinforcement to the intended use, then place, finish and joint the slab.
Slab types we build
Garage floors
Garage slabs placed on a compacted base with the thickness and reinforcement vehicle use calls for, pitched to the door where appropriate.
Shed & accessory building slabs
Slabs laid out to the building footprint and prepped for anchoring, so the structure sits square and stays put.
Equipment & generator pads
Pads sized and reinforced for the equipment being set, with conduit and anchor locations accounted for.
Dumpster pads
Heavy-use pads and approach aprons built for repeated truck loading, where a standard slab would fail quickly.
Common questions
- How thick should a garage floor or shed slab be?
- It depends on what's going on it. We set thickness and reinforcement based on the actual use — a shed slab and a slab that will hold vehicles or equipment are not the same build.
- Can you pour a slab for a building I already bought?
- Yes. Bring us the footprint and anchor requirements and we'll form the slab to match.
- Do you do commercial slabs to spec?
- Yes — interior and exterior commercial slabs placed and finished to the thickness, reinforcement and tolerances the plans call for.
