Concrete Sidewalks & Walkways
Straight, level walks with consistent joints, safe transitions and proper pitch — for homes, businesses and institutional properties.
Sidewalks and walkways are where trip hazards show up first. Heaved, settled or spalled panels are both a safety problem and the first thing visitors notice about a property.
We remove failing panels, correct what caused the movement below, and replace with consistent thickness, even joints and safe transitions at doors, driveways and existing walks.

Residential and commercial walkways
Trip hazard correction
Where panels have heaved or settled, we address the cause below the slab rather than grinding the symptom.
Public-facing entrances
Commercial and institutional walks get extra attention on grade, transitions and jointing since they carry constant foot traffic.
Matching existing work
Replacement sections are matched to the surrounding walk in width, joint spacing and finish as closely as possible.
Drainage
Cross-pitch is set so water leaves the walk instead of standing on it and refreezing.
Common questions
- Do you replace individual sidewalk squares?
- Yes. If only certain panels have failed, we can remove and replace those sections and tie them into the existing walk.
- Can you widen an existing walkway?
- Usually yes. Widening is common on entry walks that are too narrow for two people, and we form the addition to match the existing pitch and finish.
- Do you handle commercial walkways?
- Yes — we regularly complete commercial entry walk replacements, including full removal, base preparation and finished replacement.
